Al Gore tried to tell you truth - trouble with the land - but people didn't listen - they been missing what's at hand - global warming - this (is) a warning - we gotta stop with a plan - stop pollution - recycle - conserve and take a stand - conserve electrical power - in the electoral hour - we need - politicians with a vision - driven like Bill Cowher - use your voice like I rap - matter (of) fact - it's not an act - we got polar ice caps that could melt 'cause we been dealt with global warming from pollution - and if they melt we'll be losing - about half the world's land - from the floods over dams - like Katrina New Orleans - imagine the problems pouring - time to save the world -save the earth - I gave a verse - reserved for education - observe the problems that we facin - the environment - if we don't take care of it - we'll die in it - hip hop's divided with - them - and Truth's side of it - not for negativity - I'm for the earth - and I'll try and get - you to pay attention - get inspired and get to ventin' cause to save the earth's air - we gotta learn prevention - use your voice - sing or rap - or just talk and have direction - but whatever you do - do your part - start preventin - this issue it's life and death - with the mic it's like my quest - I use my musical form & bring the warning of global warming

The above was an acapella/spoken word verse written for and eventually performed at events and festivals seeking environmental justice. It was used as a skit of sorts in between songs on this CD.
